petroWEB Inc. launches Global Seismic Library (GSL) which will be available as a free service that provides global catalog of commercial multi-client seismic and gravity/magnetic data coverage. GSL provides users with a global view of continuously updated data coverage from over 30 providers.
Spatial and textual search results can be viewed in a data grid to quickly identify the various data sources available for an area of interest. Reports can then be launched for the individual surveys or use the link option to access additional information directly from the individual data provider’s website. Browser viewing access is free.
